We define a leader as one who embraces our 10 core values of leadership. These values are designed to inspire our youth to lead in their communities and challenge them to prominence in every aspect of building character.
L.E.A.D.E.R.S.H.I.P. 1ST is here to provide the tools needed for persons to develop leadership skills already within, by changing behaviors and empowering individuals to become effective leaders.
Once the course is successfully completed, it has been our experience that these leaders continue as lifelong students, learning as they serve and lead others in their communities.
Technology
With a state-of-the-art technology platform, this innovative approach to providing leadership development, drug and alcohol education and healthy alternatives can be used to impact and empower youth nationwide. By using an evidence-based model to capture pre- and post- data, this program can be implemented in three easy phases.
