This program uses experiential learning and addresses the common elements that can destroy a team: Fear, ego, self interest, lack of communication, and lack of leadership. The program reaches across social-economic status, age, gender and industry. The L.E.A.D.E.R.S.H.I.P. 1^st team building program has a mobile and high ropes element utilizing state-of-the-art facilities at Northwest Nazarene University.
