L1 Next Level
L1 Next Level is a program developed to implement functional exercises, resistance training, dynamic and static flexibility, and performance-specific drills into athletic conditioning. The goal of teh training is to increase overall fitness levels and preparing individuals to compete at their highest level regardless age, skill, or level of competition.
The mission of Next Level is to encourage the development amateur and elite youth by utilizing athletics and developing leadership skills. Next Level is offered to student athletes from 7 years of age through senior high school.
Sessions are offered in small group and team settings in on-school and remote sites.
L1 Next Level Training programs include:
- Small group training (4-10 individuals)
- Team training (10 +)
- Enhancing teams' current conditioning and team workouts
- Sport-specific programs
- Summer conditioning camps
- Specific performance objectives programs (Speed, Agility, Strength)
Program objectives include:
- Baseline assessments
- Global strengthening
- Agility
- Core strength
- Balance
- Speed
- Explosive power
- Movement analysis
- Flexibility
- Nutritional consultation
Program fees are based on the dynamics of each program:
- Cost will be established based on the total amount of people per session (Individual, Group, or Team)
- Total length of each session and total program duration
- Program prices are based on the dynamics of the program
