Team Building & Climate Change
The Team Building and Climate Change program is based in "experiential learning"; people learn best when they have an experience to relate the learning to. This service addresses a number of common elements that can destroy a team: fear, ego, self interest, lack of communication, and lack of leadership. The program reaches across social-economic status, age, gender and industry. The team building program has a mobile and high ropes element utilizing state-of-the-art facilities located in the Pacific Northwest.
