IMPACT COACHING Life of an Athlete — School Climate
L.E.A.D.E.R.S.H.I.P. 1ST provides a school climate program that focuses on engaging high school and middle school student athletes, and training athletic directors and coaches on a drug and alcohol a curriculum that is designed to improve school climate in a variety of school settings. This innovative structure allows for professional development, parent involvement, and positive peer pressure to occur and community involvement used to unify the message of positive choices in the community through athletics.

Professional Development Credit for Educators
This program is designed to provide you (1) professional development credit for the comprehensive implementation of the program from theory and application. The educational requirements are 15 hours face-to-face and 30 hours of out-of-class implementation. The L.E.A.D.E.R.S.H.I.P. 1ST professional development program is designed help educate athletic directors and coaches on prevention best practices theories.
