L.E.A.D.E.R.S.H.I.P 1ST is a program designed to identify and train the future leaders of our country and our world.The acronym for the program encompasses the core values from which great leaders are made: Loyalty, Education, Accountability, Discipline, Empowerment, Respect, Service, Honesty, Integrity, and Perseverance.We believe that by training youth for leadership through authentic learning experiences involving athletics, we can build better societal relationships, more knowledgeable and caring youth, academically competitive schools; and stronger, more supportive communities. If we assist youth to think towards their future, all of our futures will be brighter.
