The Women of L.E.A.D.E.R.S.H.I.P. 1ST envision a world where generations of girls and women are whole, love their differences while visibly leading and living in moral character regardless of societal pressures.
Directed by Nicole D. Hayes, the Women of L.E.A.D.E.R.S.H.I.P. 1ST was created to reiterate to our girls and women their value and contribution toward a greater plan. Our intent is to reach girls and women with messages and resources of hope and restoration rooted in the program’s core values.
